Tented holiday lodges provide attractive, cost effective, eco-conscious, comfortable accommodation for the fast growing domestic rural family holiday market. With all the comfort of a permanent structure, they preserve the romance and atmosphere of tent. Based around the idea of African safari tents the holiday lodges are built using a combination of traditional canvas and more modern fabrics to create the African idyll nearer to home. |

Our lodges are designed as holiday homes for country settings such as holiday parks and farms, and offer a luxury holiday experience to guests wanting to enjoy a taste of real British country life. They are an extremely cost-effective way of providing comfortable, attractive family holiday accommodation. For those wishing to set up for the first time or expand an existing facility we can also provide attractive leasing packages to minimise the initial outlay.
The lodges work well as stand-alone holiday rental accommodation and also provide the opportunity for additional income streams through such add-ons as bicycle hire and farm shop sales. |

| Our Standard Lodges |
We can supply the standard lodge unfurnished; with floor only; or fully furnished. The lodge has an internal area of 4.5m x 9m (15’ x 30’) and sleeps six people in two bedrooms with a kitchen and sitting area as well as a covered porch for sitting out. A double sofa-bed in the living room, available as an optional extra, increases the accommodation to eight, and a moveable internal partition makes it easy to reconfigure sleeping arrangements to suit different guests’ requirements.
The furnished lodge comes complete with attractive rustic pine furniture, wood burning stove (suitable for cooking as well as providing warmth) and farmhouse-style kitchen area with sink and dresser to provide instant fully equipped accommodation for your visitors. Each unit includes a toilet – either fully plumbed in or chemical, according to your requirements - with basin. A shower unit, which can be sited opposite the toilet on the back porch, is available as an optional extra. The design also has the facility to accommodate electricity for lighting and power if desired. All that is needed for the standard furnished lodge with chemical toilet is a water connection and you are in business. |

| Lodge Design |
Our lodges are built around our experience as designers and manufacturers of marquees and temporary structures and as such achieve the highest possible degree of weatherproofing and comfort while preserving the essential atmosphere of a tent. Structurally robust using a skilfully concealed tubular aluminium frame, the lodges are designed to withstand severe weather and are well capable of remaining in situ all year round.
Using traditional breathable sand coloured canvas side walls, an impermeable PVC coated olive green fabric roof and an external quality timber decking floor, we have maintained a feeling of closeness to the natural surroundings combined with the practicalities and comforts essential for an enjoyable family holiday. The safari image is further enhanced by the overhanging roof and porch, tensioned and supported by dramatically angled natural wooden wall poles with turned finials. |
